Planning & evaluation of participatory public policies: Andalucia
/The guide includes theoretical elements and practical information for the design and implementation of more than 50 participatory methods for the development of public policies in the context of the region of Andalusia (Spain)
Useful consultation document for the different units and professionals working on the development of P.P., with two approaches: theoretical for understanding the topic and eminently practical to respond to the main methodological and technical challenges that arise when developing the participation processes in each specific public action. This guide seeks to influence the advantages and benefits of including participation in the P.P. cycle, while offering a tool that makes its incorporation accessible and easy.
The guide is structured in three parts that are deployed sequentially. The first exposes the principles that support the importance of incorporating citizen participation; The second part develops step by step the methodology applicable to the planning and execution of participatory processes; and the third is dedicated to presenting the techniques and tools useful for social participation in planning and evaluation
