Srikanth is the Chief Executive Officer of Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy, a People Powered member based in Bengaluru that is dedicated to transforming the quality of life in India’s cities and towns. Since 2001, Janaagraha has been a leader in participatory governance, working closely with governments at all levels and engaging communities to create impactful change. Its initiatives include citizen mobilization, civic technology, leadership development for elected officials, and technical support for government reforms. 

Srikanth joined Janaagraha in 2013 and has led the organization as CEO since 2016, driving its mission to empower citizens and improve urban governance across India.
