Kudzaiishe is a Climate Change and Environmental Protection Expert at Green Community Solutions. While working as programs officer for Zimbabwe’s Green Institute, he participated in People Powered’s Climate Democracy Accelerator, and launched an innovative participatory policymaking program for disaster recovery. 

He has worked with multiple international organizations in research, capacity-building, and project implementation across Southern Africa. Kudzaiishe has strong interests in human rights, environmental protection, Environmental Social and Governance, telemedicine, public health, leadership, and Civil Society Governance. He has published multiple research papers on the aforementioned areas. 

He is a PhD candidate at the University of Botswana pursuing Population Studies, and he possesses a Masters in Demography and Population studies and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental science from Great Zimbabwe University.
