Aidana has a strong passion for the intersection of education and technology. She applies this passion in her work to set up online courses for the People Powered Learning Management System (LMS) and provide support to users. She also supports our accelerator programs by analyzing LMS data and feedback reports to ensure an optimal learning experience.

Aidana's journey in education began as an English teacher for children in her home country of Kazakhstan. Hailing from a small town in the northern region, her passion for teaching and guiding young minds led her to pursue a master's degree in educational innovation, technology and entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in the United States.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Aidana enjoys solving coding problems during her free time. Apart from that, Aidana loves traveling around her home country and the United States.
