Model for the evaluation of participatory processes in public administrations

A complete model for the evaluation of different participatory processes, especially participatory policymaking and planning, in Spain and similar European contexts.

The document presents a model for evaluating participatory processes that has been developed collaboratively with those responsible for seven participation experiences carried out by the Government of the Basque Country in Spain.

The model includes evaluation criteria and more than 30 evaluation indicators (for design, implementation, and results/impacts). It also provides templates of checklists and other useful documents to carry out the evaluation process.
