A video that shows different parts of the PB process during the first year that PB was implemented in Chicago's 49th Ward, the first PB process in the US.

Chicago's 49th Ward was the first jurisdiction in the US to use PB. This video was filmed during the first year of PB.

It follows community members as they pitch ideas, team up with others, and craft proposals for infrastructure projects.
