A French PB resource website that disseminates educational documents and best practices.

This resource site aims to enhance the educational documents used for various training sessions led by Gilles Pradeau. It will also be based in part on the work of students of the master's degree "Engineering of concertation" at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne , coordinated by Loic Blondiaux.

This site takes a critical and reflexive look at the use of participatory budgeting in Europe and elsewhere since its full expansion coming from Porto Alegre. It capitalizes on experiences and watches over good practices pushing for more deliberation and inclusion to help new communities to embark on quality approaches.
