Community building director to help us grow the collective power of organizations and advocates supporting participatory democracy.
Communications intern to help us create compelling content for our website and social channels.

Community Building Director
We are looking for a candidate who is a collaborative leader who can grow the collective power of organizations, advocates and policymakers supporting participatory democracy around the world. You excel at building organizational partnerships and relationships, navigating complex international dynamics, and driving forward collaborative work that results in major policy changes. Drawing on years of experience working on democracy and participation, you will lead work to expand to support our members’ capacity, collaboration and shared vision, and build partnerships with international organizations. Through these partnerships, you will direct governments and organizations into our capacity building programs, so that our members can help them launch, expand and improve participatory democracy programs and structural reforms.
Communications Intern
We are looking for a candidate who is talented in conceiving and creating digital content that will help expand global support for participatory democracy. The internship is ideal for rising stars in communications and multimedia production who are good English writers, skilled in use of software such as Premier Pro and Canva, eager to gain global experience and contribute to movements for democracy.
