Register for this French-language webinar that will explore participatory budgets, an increasingly popular tool used by municipal organizations and governments to broaden public engagement and thus bring citizens closer to public decision-making . In the session, you’ll discuss the characteristics of PB , its stages , its advantages and the conditions required for successful implementation. It will also discuss the actors involved, their roles and responsibilities.

The speaker will be Anne Gauthier from the Montreal Urban Ecology Center. She holds a master's degree in social innovation management from HEC Montréal, where she became interested in collective organizations as tools for socioeconomic development. She supports organizations and public institutions in carrying out projects with a social impact, in areas as varied as planning, cooperation, Inuit entrepreneurship and participatory budgets.
